Sessions are conducted either in person at our Manchester office or via video conference, depending on your preference and location. Each session follows a structured format while remaining flexible enough to address whatever challenges are most pressing.

We set realistic expectations during our initial consultation.

Can I try a single session before committing to a programme?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with an individual Strategic Growth Session to experience our approach before deciding on a longer engagement. There's no obligation to continue beyond any single session.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

We understand that business demands can be unpredictable. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee.
